AISA 2006, North American Investment Promotion Road Show
October 29-November 8, 2006

The Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) in close cooperation with The Commercial & Trade Department of the Embassy of Afghanistan in Washington D.C is now organizing the second AISA North American Investment Promotion Road Show from October 29 to November 8, 2006. The Government of Afghanistan is fully committed to the pursuit of open market economic policies and the promotion of a vibrant private sector as a key engine for economic growth. This road show will mainly focus on promoting investment opportunities in Afghanistan specific to local interests of cities being traveled to as well as marketing Afghanistan as a favorable place for doing business and investment. Moreover, the event aims to increase the awareness of foreign business communities on the most recent economic, legal and institutional developments in the country. Most importantly, it will provide a vital opportunity for networking between the local and foreign private sector.
