C. Index of Other Legal Materials
The following legal materials consist of a variety of published and unpublished materials including regulations, decrees, presidential orders, instructions and other materials of legal interest relating to economic matters. The published materials are more comprehensive for recent years and a selection has been made from the years prior to 2002. It is unknown how much of the material from the years prior to the regime change in 2001 would still be considered to be in force. The practice of expressly repealing these materials has not been as consistently practiced as with the laws. Where amendments or repeals were found they are indicated in the “Comments| column, which does indicate a certain continuity for some of the earlier material.
